Job Description:
- Define UX/UE standards, define product visual and interaction standards.
- Responsible for product UI design.
- Facilitate in UI improvement of customer facing material and documents.
- Understanding of industry leading user interaction GUI design.
- Facilitate software engineers and QA engineers on product design, development and testing.
Job Requirements:
- 3 years of industry experience.
- Proficient with prevalent prototyping and graphic editors, such as Axure，Sketch，Photoshop、Xmind、Illustrator.
- Understanding of html/JavaScript/CSS.
- Working experience with web page and/or software user interface design.
- Familiar with software development processes: requirement analysis, user persona analysis, prototyping, UI development and usability testing.
- Familiar with UX design methodology; Sharp ability to grasp UX and usability.
- Ability to produce high fidelity mockup, flow diagram and wireframe.
- Desire to become senior UE designer or product manager.
- Startup environment, ability to take on high intensity development work.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin Chinese.
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in industrial design or related majors.
